Anita Kujur’s attention to the skills gave her flying colours.

Anita, a 12th pass student resident of Premnangar of Ambikapur district joined Adani Skill Development Centre, Salhi in the month of August 2017. During her first visit to the centre, she inquired about all the courses and observed on-going sessions of all trades, she was highly impressed by the delivery style of all trainers. She decided to join the Sewing Machine Operator course at Adani Skill Development Centre, Salhi, Sarguja.

Anita had to stay at ASDC‘s hostel if she wants to enrol herself in course. She requested her mother to visit the centre and allow her to join the SMO (Sewing Machine Operator) course. In a place like Salhi, Sarguja, it is very difficult for parents to find an institution where quality training along with the safety of girls is prevailing. All the amenities and interaction with trainers convinced her mother to allow Anita to undergo SMO training.

Anita paid full attention and passed the assessment with flying colours. Her first placement was at Arvind mills, Bangalore, she worked there for 2 months with CTC of Rs. 7500/-. With her hard work and strong networking skills, she chose to change work and shift to other company for better opportunity of earning more than 12000/- along with lodging and boarding facilities.
