Maria Thresia J learnt soft skill modules and communication skills.

Maria is a housewife living with her husband and two children. Her husband is an auto driver, The source of income is only from her husband and the monthly income is never stable.

She always wanted to support her family but could not complete her studies as she was married at an early age. She wanted to study ahead and help her husband to reduce the burden. She came to know about The Adani Skill Development Centre, Vizhinjam and its project “Saksham” and enrolled herself in the General Duty Assistant course.

During the training, she learned so many things like soft skill modules and communication skills. All these skills would help her to be a soft-spoken person as this is required in this field. ASDC conducted a practical session which was held in an exclusive platform having all the facilities like a hospital.

The course was conducted at HLL Academy where she had to travel a minimum of 30 KMs from her home. She still successfully completed the training and got placement immediately after completion of course.
