QX Global Group wins Gujarat state award

QX Global Group, one of India’s leading knowledge process group of companies, was conferred with the coveted Gujarat State Best Employer Brand Award for 2021 in September the same year. The recognition is endorsed by CHRO Asia, a non-profit and certified by the World Federation of HR Professionals. The award recognizes QX’s Global Blue-Chip professionalism with a seamless blend of agility and intimacy of a family business that makes it an outlier in the industry.

The award criteria assessed QX’s smart working and fun loving culture that enables QX’ites to deliver Quality and Excellence in all aspects of their profession. What particularly stood out was the company’s strong value system that lays the foundation for its people to deliver credible value to clients. QX’s thriving work culture lays emphasis on these PRECISE (Passion, Respect, Ethics & Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, Self-Awareness, Excellence) values, ingrained in each employee which in turn drives the growth and success of the company.

Over the past 18 years QX has grown its presence in the international markets it operates while keeping intact the family culture that’s ingrained in its people and which extends to the relationship they share with clients.

QX’s major delivery centre is located in Ahmedabad and is supported by offices in Baroda, Mumbai, and Noida. More than 2,000 professionals in India cater to businesses across 14 diverse industries located in the UK, US, and Canada by providing business-critical services such as Account Outsourcing, Finance and Accounting outsourcing, and back-office recruitment services.

Commenting on the win, Chris Robinson, Executive Chairman & Founder, said, “Over the past 18 years, we have built Gujarat’s largest knowledge outsourcing company. This incredible journey continues steadfastly. QX’s constant endeavours to identify, skill and nurture talent are reiterated though this recognition. Our vision and growth are intertwined with the aspirations of every QXite.”

Added Frank Robinson, Group CEO, “QX is well on course to reach the 3,000 professionals headcount in the coming year. We have earmarked an outlay of more than ₹10 crore through our QX Academy to recruit and train this talent pool.”

This award comes on the back of a spate of accolades conferred on QX recently, namely, the Asian Leadership Awards in the Outsourcing Category and the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) promoting the company to the ‘Leader’ position in its 2021 Top Global Outsourcing 100 list of companies.

The Gujarat State Best Employer Brand Awards 2021 features top organisations from Gujarat who are exemplary in HR and have used marketing communications effectively for Human Resources Development.
