Ruksar leads a simple life and has a strong determination to work hard.

Ruksar Hameed Saiyad is a resident of Chota Ragegaon (District Gondia). Ruksar joined Adani Skill Development Centre Tiroda in the month of January, 2019. During her first visit to the Centre, she inquired about the courses and observed an ongoing session of all trades, she was highly impressed by the trainers. She decided to join GDA (General Duty Assistant) at Adani Skill Development Centre Tiroda.

Ruksar would have to stay at ASDC’s hostel if she wanted to enrolL herself in course. She requested her mother to visit the centre and allow her to join the GDA course. Ruksar’s mother could not believe when she visited the centre with fully furnished & equipped with all resources of training, well-maintained hostel and delicious meal provided at the centre without any cost. All these entities and interaction with trainer convinced her mother to allow Ruksar to undergo GDA training. Ruksar paid full attention and passed the assessment test with flying colours. Her first placement is at Portea home care services (Health vista India Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai) where she is working with CTC of 9000/-.Before coming to ASDC, Ruksar had completed her 12th Std. She leads a simple life and has a strong determination to work hard and bring some solution to the financial problems faced by her family.

Ruksar says “I joined ASDC as a trainee and now because of ASDC I got an identity of my own. I am equally treated in a family and I contribute enough to support my family for a living.”
