Harshad Sidam’s skills towards entrepreneurship.

Harshad comes from a small town Tiroda, Maharashtra. After completing 12th standard, he looked for distance courses, he also tried to apply in different colleges out of his village but due to financial constraints , he could not manage to get admission in any college. He knew that without having skill expertise, there is no future, neither in job nor in entrepreneurship. Harshad tried his luck and found what he was looking since long. Without any second thought, he visited Adani Skill Development Centre with an aim to get enrolled in any course. His impatience and desperate nature led him to deep discussion with counselor and finally he agreed to learn welding skills.

He had shown full interest in the class and was enthusiastic in learning all small things which made him perfect.

Harshad states that with the help of this training and job placement at PIAGGO his life has been changed totally, now his sister can continue studies and they all can have proper meal. He aims that the day will come soon when he will learn more & more and also keep growing in his career.
