Karishma Thanks ASDC for making her independent.

Karishma comes from a village near Bhandara .She lives alone without her parents because of her financial condition. Her parents live in Pune & Karishma is only daughter of her parents. Her father is a labor and her mother is a home maker. Her father’s yearly income is 21000 which is not sufficient to run a family. Karishma is a very intelligent student.

Karishma visited our ASDC centre Tiroda, and enrolled herself for GDA course. She was very punctual and sincere student & always paid attention.

She performed well at her practical session. She was very excited for the (OJT) on job training .Karishma is a favorite student of her trainer. Karishma faced lots of problems in her life before joining ASDC Tiroda .She wanted to earn more and more money and satisfy the basic needs of her family.

At present Karishma Meshram is an employee of Portea home care services (Healthvista India Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai) with CTC of 9000/ per month
