Nisha George Thanks ASDC for making her wish come true.

Nisha belongs to a middle class family. Nisha had the ambition to do General Nursing and start her career as a Nurse, but due to her financial situation, she could not be able to make her dream into a reality. She came to know about Adani Skill Development Centre and its project “Saksham” and enrolled herself in GDA (General Duty Assistant) course.

The curriculum of training includes given soft skill modules and basic English skills. The practical session was conducted in an exclusive platform having all the facilities like a hospital. The course was conducted at HLL Academy. She successfully completed the training and got placement immediately after completion of course.

The course helped Nisha to bring a positive change for the family. she attended the GDA course because of a lack of money for her to study GNM- General Nursing Midfery.

She Joined KIMS hospital soon after completing her course and earns Rs 11,000\- and is able to meet the day to day needs of her family.
