Amit I. Bhalavi has become the backbone of his family.

Amit is a resident of village Paraswada and has 5 family members and he is the only boy among his siblings. He completed his 10th grade in govt. school and opted for electrical trade and got admission into govt. ITI where he secured 74.8 % in ITI.Later he got the opportunity to sharpen his skills at ASDC, Tiroda under its tribal project in collaboration with Government of Maharashtra. He got admission to our basic electrician batch. He sincerely adopted all the curriculum of ASDC, Tiroda, and completed his 3 months training program without absenteeism. His dedication and learning attitude paid off as he got selected in Wheels India Ltd., Ranjangaon, Pune with a monthly income of Rs. 12000. Securing this job has made him contribute to his family’s income and now he has become the backbone of his family.

Amit said, “Perseverance is the key, if you believe what you are doing is right, keep at it with dedication and keep moving forward. Don’t be afraid of failure. I am really thankful to ASDC, Tiroda for giving me this opportunity and our trainer.
