Sandip Patiram Kodape felt accomplished after he completed the training.

Sandip belongs to a small village in Maharashtra. His parents are daily wage laborers who work for a construction company. He came to know about Saksham while mobilization in his area. He was very confused in which course should he take, as he wanted to earn enough money so that he can take care of his family and able to support his younger brother in studies.

He had enrolled himself in Welding Technician course, as this subject interested him and he thought this might change his future. His performance during the whole training was very good and was regular to class. He was a role model for the class as a sincere student. He says “felt accomplished after completing the training as I knew that, I can get a good job so that I can support my family.” This is a golden opportunity which should be grabbed by people like me, who are waiting eagerly to get a job and grow ahead in life. Sandip is now employed at PIAGGIO Vehicle Pvt. Ltd. Baramati, Pune. His monthly income is 9,800\-. This has boosted him well as this helps his family to have a normal stable life. The training was very much required for me, as it has changed my way of life and my family.

We are very happy that my son has been able to get such kind of training and a job also, which has given a good support to my family- says Sandip’s father.

Sandip concludes stating “All the facilities are great at ASDC, it felt like home and now my elder brother wants to do the training after my success”.
