“My name is Maheshwari Ashok Vaghajibhai from shedata village, Mundra.My father is no more in this world so I was trying to find the job for support to my family financially. One of my friends suggested me to visit Adani Skill Development Centre – Mundra and I have joined Checker cum RTG crane operator training for 3 months.

After successfully completing my training, I was very confident with my skills and I was sure to become Crane operator and work with one of the best organisations of India. I started collecting information about various ports and apply in them .One day I received call from adani port at katupalli in Chennai and I attended interview and I was selected for RTG crane Operator. Today my salary 20,000/- per month.

I can help my family financially and my kids are getting education in good school. I do believe in good education but along with that skill building is equally important.
