Bhand Navin Devjibhai was unemployed being a graduate so he upskilled himself at ASDC.

Bhand Navin Devjibhai comes from Mundra. He is a commerce graduate but unemployed even after completing his degree. His friends had known about ASDC and asked Bhand Navin to enroll for an IT course. His parents also encouraged him to take up the course. Later on, he enrolled himself at ASDC for IT – Basic Computer Training course, in which he was also trained for soft skills.

Navin had the knowledge of financial autonomy but lacked in self-confidence. As he was very shy and conserved in nature he faced difficulties in starting. He had the interest to learn the techniques to improve his knowledge which helped him to perform well. Navin gained his confidence after starting the training and was motivated by the trainer to participate in all activities. He says that he got more support by getting additional training for soft skills, public speaking, professional manners and facing interviews with confidence.

Navin states that he has benefited a lot from the training received in ASDC and he says that he is also guiding other friends who can take advantage of this training and can start aiming for a wonderful life. He cracked the interview and gained a job with a decent salary of Rs. 12000/- per month.
