Hitesh D. Gawale was very passionate and focused towards the course.

Hitesh Gawale, a small-towner from Sahespur in Gondia, Maharashtra had high aspirations and big dreams, however, he didn’t knew what destiny had planned for him. He lost his father early in life and was plunged into shouldering the responsibility of his family, spending most of his time in household chores. After finishing his class 12 exams, his mother could no longer afford his higher education.

Determined to choose the right path to succeed in life and make a respectful earning to support his family, Hitesh decided to enroll himself at Adani Skill Development Centre. Beating all odds, he took up a three months Welding Technician training course.

His trainers found Hitesh to be a strong and focused boy who possessed the passion to excel. Post his training, He his been placed Givadan Automotive (India) Pvt. Ltd. Ranjangaon, Pune as Welder and is drawing a monthly salary of Rs 11,000.

Regarded as one of the promising and rewarding skill trades, welding has been one of the most dynamic and in-demand professions. Hitesh is earning more money, enjoying more freedom than most/some of his friends and is also contributing towards his siblings’ education.Hitesh owes it to his self-driven attitude “Each person is unique and each stage of life is different.
