Mousmi Kureshi was exposed to specialist domain knowledge coupled with English and Soft skills, IT skills and personal grooming during her course.
This story is about 21 year girl who belongs to a farmer family of 5 members residing in Gondia District of Maharashtra. In her family she is only one who completed her degree. In her spare time she hangout with her friends. Her capability was appreciated by everyone so one day her friend handed her pamphlet of ASDC and ask her to join to guide her in the current path. She was thrilled on learning that the entire course was absolutely free and her father would not have to bear any additional expenses. Her parents were supportive and soon she found herself at the training centre with dreams in her eyes, will to succeed. Mousmi like all other candidates had to undertake an assessment test which revealed that she was best suited to the field of hospitality.
As part of training she was exposed to specialist domain knowledge coupled with English and Soft skills, IT skills and personal grooming. Mousmi completed her On Job Training with Sub District Hospital Tiroda where theory was put into practice and here, she deals with some real world challenges which she manages gracefully.
On completion of her training she was selected in Sharnagat Hospital Balaghat. With the CTC of Rs.5500/- her family is proud of their young, beautiful daughter who has shouldered family responsibility with such grace and at an early age.
