Saksham helped Priti Patel to discover her hidden qualities like convincing power and social skills

Priti lives with her parents at Mindhi village near Surat. Her father is a farmer and mother is a housewife. Priti always wanted to work in a company where she is been recognized as a good employee but as she was living in a village, this was not possible.

She got herself enrolled for the course of Retail Sales Associate at Surat centre and her new journey started.

She was a regular and ambitious student during course also she was very much interested to learn about mall executive. After joining the course she learnt many things like selling products, team management, handling customers and role of a cashier in mall.

Priti says that this training has given her exposure to customer service and has guided her in career life. She was imparted with soft skills like Customer service and Customer Relationship management which are proving useful to her in current job.

Priti concludes stating “I am thankful to ASDC for giving me a chance to learn and groom myself so that I can get a job of my dream. I am happy to see that they keep helping people like me to achieve their dreams”. This is creating a value addition to her family income and helping to live her dream.
