Mayur’s motto of living is, “it’s not about having the right opportunities, it’s about handling the opportunities right.


Mayur completed the Retail Sales Associate course (batch 2) from Adani Skill Development Centre Vadaj, in the month of August 2018. He was one of the most popular students of his batch. He attended all the sessions regularly. He had a keen interest in learning and performed enthusiastically in all the activities at the centre. He has good rapport building skills. During his training, he learnt as much as he could from all the trainers. He cleared most of the placement interviews. In the end, he decided to take the job offered by Reliance Trends in Ahmedabad.

Even after the completion of his training, he still feels connected to ASDC. He still participates in activities at the centre. He has helped in making small documentaries on topics related to retail like preventing shoplifting, handling customers, product demonstration, etc. He was also keenly interested in understanding Adani Wilmar and its operations. He would help in making PowerPoint presentations to polish his soft skills.

He has always shown gratitude towards the ASDC team not just for the training he received but also for the transformation he underwent in terms of personality and thought process. He says, “ASDC has taught me to dream big and focus on achieving those dreams.”
