Krunal’s positive attitude gave him strength to work harder.

Failure is a part of life – and definitely a part of success. Whenever we have risked something or attempted to do something new, we would experience some degree of failure – some small, some monumental. So how do we overcome failure? How to rise up from the setbacks? Fortunately for us, many modern-day legends have been through this path before and we can surely learn from their stories to stay inspired!

Krunal got the opportunity to develop his skill at Adani Skill Development Centre, Tiroda in trade welder technician. He showed a keen interest in welding simulator and also performed very well in the workshop with fineness. After completing his 3 Months training in ASDC, Tiroda, he got selected in Wheels India Ltd., Ranjangaon, Pune, with an income of Rs. 12000 per month. In this way, he has become independent as well as support for his family also.

Krunal Kumar said, “Sometimes we’re tested not to show our weaknesses, but to discover our strengths. I am really very thankful to ASDC, Tiroda for giving me this opportunity to become a part of this centre. I am also thankful to our trainer Thawkar Sir, for encouraging me  and during the  training and moral support”.
