Rashmita Behera  trainer appreciated her on showing much enthusiasm in class.

Rasmita Behera is from Mundra who has completed 12th grade. Her parents are daily wage labourers and earn a minimum income.

Her close friend on knowing the intentions of Rasmita suggested her to join Adani Skill Development Centre for Beauty & Wellness course.

She was extremely happy on completing the training and was excited when the trainer appreciated her on showing much enthusiasm in class and was also provided a certificate from ASDC.

She says “This training should be given to each and every girl who aspires on doing something innovative in their life. I have got my growth opportunity after completing this training to be self-employed and have opened beauty parlor of own: Pari Beauty Parlor.” She is able to earn at least 12,000/- to 15,000/- a month she is constantly pulling more customers due to her quality service and friendly behavior.

Her trainer says “She has become an inspirational student for many students coming to my batch and I feel very proud that I had the opportunity to groom and enhance her skills further. All the very best!”.
