Yogesh Tekam Balapur lives with his family. His father is a farmer and mother is a homemaker. He has a brother and a sister. Yogesh’s brother is a driver and his family monthly income is 8500/- which is very less. Yogesh has done his +2 education. He joined Adani Skill Development in the month of Jan 2019 during his first visit to the Centre he inquired about all the courses and observed on-going sessions of all trades. He was completely impressed by the delivery style of all the trainers. He decided to join welder trade at ASDC.

Yogesh was very punctual throughout the training with his quick grasping power and sincerity. He underwent a remarkable transformation from a shy person to a confident individual.He says “I distinctly remember the nervousness I had in the beginning. But after completing the course my personality has developed excellently. I have also gained a lot of soft skill.

Soon after completing the course Yogesh received an opportunity to work with the Elring Klinger Ranjangaon Pune and recieved handsome salary with the help of Adani Skill Development Centre.
