Durga learnt the importance of patience after joining ASDC .

Durga Baburao Surpam lives in Jamuniya near Tiroda. She lives with her joint family. Her mother is a home maker and brothers are labor. She is persuing B.Com. Ist year and was looking for the job to increase her family income. Her friend suggested her to join ASDC and get skilled in General Duty Assistant.

She was an impatient but after joining she came to know the importance of being patient. By this training she not only acquired GDA knowledge but also soft skill, Computer and Communication skills. With the help of this training she said that she found values and has gained more confidence.

During the training she also took up on job training for 10 days at sub district hospital Tiroda. As per her interest and knowledge she passed with flying colors among the batch. At present she is the employee of Portea home care services (Healthvista India Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai) with a CTC of 9000/- .
