Kiran paid full attention during the training and passed the assessment test with flying colors.

Kiran Katewar is a resident of Navatola, (Dist. Gondia).She is an Arts graduate but it did not fetch her any work. She then joined GDA training programme imparted by ASDC in the month of January 2019.

She requested her father to visit the Centre and allow her to join the General Duty Assistant. Kiran’s father could not believe his eyes when he visited the Centre, which is fully furnished & was equipped with all resources of training along with a well maintained office for staff, lavish hostel and delicious meal provided at Centre without any cost. Kiran paid full attention during the training and passed the assessment test with flying colors. She was very punctual through out the training and had quick grasping power. She got placed at Sharnagat Hospital Balaghat with a CTC of Rs 5500.

Earlier, her family condition was not so good. Her father’s monthly income was Rs. 6000/-which was not sufficient for her family but at present Kiran is able to help to her family and became self-sustainable.
